Booking Policy

Payment
Payment is required in advance at the time of booking.

City Tax
The city tax of €2.30 per person per night is not included in the total booking amount and must be paid at check-in.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: until 12:00 PM
  Guests are required to inform us of their arrival time in advance.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date are fully refundable.

Late Cancellation
If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to check-in, the cancellation fee will amount to the full cost of the booking.

How to Cancel
Cancellations can be made using the link provided in the booking confirmation email.

Early Departure
In the event of an early departure before the end date of the reservation, the amount already paid will not be refunded.

House Rules

• Guests must refrain from any actions or behavior that may disturb other residents of the building.

• Smoking is not allowed.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
